2021 Domaine Laroche 'Les Blanchots' Grand Cru Chablis

On the palate, it offers a silky mouth-feel supported by a lively, racy acidity. Blanchots is delicate, silky and shows its charm after five years in bottle and at peak after 10 to 12 years.

Vinous - "The 2021 Chablis Les Blanchots Grand Cru has a well-defined bouquet with lemon thyme and light peach skins aromas, fine delineation and focus, a light sea spray element emerging with time. The palate is well-balanced with a fine bead of acidity, taut and fresh, quite austere towards the finish but with a tad more persistence than the Bouguerots."
