2021 Domaine Seguinot-Bordet Vieilles Vignes Chablis

Winemaker Notes: Golden Delicious, almond, a very subtle grilled walnut aromas. The palate is well balanced with a lively, lightly spiced opening. Green apples mingle with pear and kiwi fruit, modest acidity but with fine grip on the finish.

The old vines are in evidence on the dense, sappy and rich middleweight flavors coat the palate with dry extract that also buffers the clean, moderately dry and impressively long finish.
