2020 Domaine Hauvette 'Amethyste' Cinsault Provence

Winemaker Notes: Domaine Hauvette is located in Saint-Remy de Provence. The owner, Dominique Hauvette, offers wines with a strong personality. She works her vines in organic farming to bottle wines as close as possible to this magnificent terroir. Since 2003, Dominique has implemented a method of biodynamic cultivation and cultivates his vines on very low yields. She was elected winegrower of the year by the Revue du Vin de France in January 2020.

Domaine Hauvette Amethyste Red wine is even more well-rounded than the previous vintage wirh a stronger amplitude, a roundness present and delicate, with chamomille notes. Like always this female winemaker woman wants minerality. Amethyste was aged for 9 to 12 months in concrete egg.
