Winemaker Notes: The harvest of 2019, which makes up 88% of R.019 offers intense fruity notes with a delicate sweetness. The remaining 12% is made up of reserve wines from the harvests of 2018 and 2012, each dominated respectively by intensity and fruitiness.

Lallier R.019 is a versatile Champagne, which can be enjoyed as an aperitif, for spontaneous sharing moments with close friends and family. It can also be a perfect pour at the start of a bright and joyful meal.

Blend: 55% Pinot Noir, 55% Chardonnay

Wine Independent - "From the Reflections Collection and based on the 2019 vintage, the R.019 NV is a 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay blend with 80% of the blend undergoing malolactic fermentation. Full of ripe citrus, lemon zest, wet stone and a mint water aroma, the palate has expressive red fruit intensity, a fine mousse charged with racy acidity and a long, saline finish with a slight bitter note. November 2022 and finished with an eight gram per liter dosage."
