Codorniu Anna de Codorniu Blanc de Blancs Cava Brut
Winemaker Notes: Anna, our tribute to the last member of the family to take the Codorníu surname, has become our most emblematic cava. Brilliant yellow color with green reflections. Fine, persistent bubbles forming continuous beads. Citrusy and tropical fruit notes on the nose, along with more complex ageing aromas (toast, brioche). Creamy on the palate, wide and long-lasting. It is highly versatile and easy to pair with a great variety of food.
Blend: Chardonnay, Parellada, Macabeo & Xarel-lo
CRITICAL ACCLAIM
James Suckling - "The enticing lemon and apple nose pulls you into this ripe and elegant sparkling wine with a long, compact finish."
Tasting Panel - "This is a Cava of major historical importance and yet is just as relevant today. Fresh white peach, grapefruit and lime peel deliver softly onto the palate. You can't miss the stand-out packaging."
