Maurice Grumier 'Instant Nature' Zero Dosage Champagne

Winemaker Notes: This cuvée comes from the same base as the Réserve Perpétuelle Brut, but with 2 more years of ageing. This great Champagne is presented here in all its purity and minerality. We opted for a non-dosed champagne, made up of 3 grape varieties in equal parts in order to reveal all that our vineyard can produce best. This Champagne is a wine pairing par excellence. Enjoy it with hot oysters for their salty flavor. Surprise your guests with Asian cuisine such as sushi.

Grower-producer Maurice Grumier has been a figure in the Marne Valley for nearly 300 years. They’ve sold fruit to established houses like Perrier-Jouet and Tattinger for years, and since 1924 they’ve created small quantities of some of the most characterful and delicious Champagnes found anywhere in the region.
