Maurice Grumier 'Ô Ma Vallée' Blanc de Noir Brut Champagne
Winemaker Notes:The Ô Ma Vallée is crafted from Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grown on Grumier’s vineyards in Dormans, Festigny, and Venteuil. Fermented in barrels and stainless-steel tanks (including full malolactic fermentation) and then given a slight filtration, aged two years on the lees, and dosed to contain just four g/l of residual sugar, it’s a pitch-perfect bottle that wowed our entire team. For anyone who delights in Champagne or once-in-a-lifetime discoveries, this is a must-try—a beautiful Blanc de Noirs to savor.
Grower-producer Maurice Grumier has been a figure in the Marne Valley for nearly 300 years. They’ve sold fruit to established houses like Perrier-Jouet and Tattinger for years, and since 1924 they’ve created small quantities of some of the most characterful and delicious Champagnes found anywhere in the region.
