Mawby 'Safe Sex' Non-Alcoholic Brut Rose

Winemaker Notes:   Green is our crisp, light, refreshing, summer-y sparkling wine. This cuvee is produced from cayuga and riesling wine grapes from various vineyards which are carefully harvested and pressed. Only the gently pressed fractions of the juice are used for this cuvee. After fermentation the flavorful young wines are blended before being fermented a second time in the cuve close method, producing the delicate natural effervescence. Finished Dry (1.3% residual sugar), the wine has flavors of apricots, citrons and tropical fruits reminiscent of sauvignon blanc. It is delicately sweet and light on the palate balanced by high acidity producing a crisp, clean finish.
