Winemaker Notes:  IMeyer LEMONPOP is made from a base of Chardonnay wine and hundreds of pounds of organic, whole Meyer lemons, sourced just down the road from us in Sebastopol, California. We added one of our favorite herbs to compliment this amazingly floral citrus:
