Schramm's 'The Briar' Loganberry & Tayberry Mead 375mL Half-Bottle

Loganberries and Tayberries are both crosses between American Blackberries and European Raspberries. Loganberries are a cross between Aughinbaugh blackberries and Red Antwerp raspberries, while Tayberries are a cross of Aurora blackberries and Scottish raspberries. Just as these berries are delicious together or alone, 'The Briar' is excellent on its own or with pork tenderloin, chanterelle mushrooms, and soft cheeses.
