Aiyu Brewery has consistantly brewed exquisite sake over 200 years. The brewery has been loved by Japan people for generations. In fact their name “Aiyu” literally means “friendship and love." Situated in the small town of Itako, on the water’s edge in the province of Ibaraki, Japan, the brewery's surrounding area is renowned for its high quality water. The pristine water from the springs of the region contains the perfect mix of minerals for sake brewing. The meaning of TOMOJU is “celebrating long life with friends.” TOMOJU has won gold medals at the Monde Selection competition.
