Winemaker Notes: Created from white wines originating from Verdejo grapes. W. The wine has a clean and bright appearance, with a pale yellow colour tinged by green highlights. It has a fresh aroma with fruity touches of green apple and citrus. Light tones of fennel and thyme, combined with its perfect level of carbonation, evoke a dry sparkling wine. Always serve chilled.

Made with Verdejo grapes without aging, with alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After maceration, the ethyl alcohol is extracted using a sophisticated and highly respectful, chemical-free method. Trellised vineyard in Valladolid, in the plains just Northwest of Madrid, Spain (85ha). Organic. 

Win represents the evolution of the first wine-based soft drink to be patented by Bodegas Familiares Matarromera. In the spirit of working to improve its products, the company continues to invest in this line of action, looking for a means of creating a wine with less than 0.5% alcohol.
