2010 Pepe Raventos 'Mas del Serral' Cava Conca del Riu Anoia OWC

Winemaker Notes:  Mas del Serral comes from the old grapes of Xarel·lo and Bastard Negre coplanted at Clos del Serral 80 years ago. These 1.92 ha of vineyards are only cared by man with the help of two horses, the grapes are harvested with boxes and a second selection grain by grain takes place in Mas del Seral Garage; the wine ends with a quiet rest of 100 months on its lees.
