Winemaker Notes:  Generation 1905 is produced by Vins Descombe, a Beaujolais-based winery that was first founded in - you guessed it - 1905. Today Marine Descombe leads the fifth generation of her family, producing wines with state-of-the-art techniques that still showcase a traditional sensibility. The wine opens with juicy aromas of red cherry, strawberry, and raspberry, accented on the palate with hints of white pepper and wild herbs before settling into a long, beautifully balanced finish.
