WINEMAKER'S NOTES: The style is always very classic, with the exclusive use of only large Slavonian oak barrels for refinements and minimal intervention in the vineyard with treatments and very low yields (about 60 – 65 quintals of grapes per hectare).
The dolcetto comes from the Bricco Mirasole vineyard in Castiglione Falletto, made in very few quantities or less than 5000 bottles. It is a real sweet, with aromas of fruit and cherry but very dry and sour in the mouth, typical characteristics of this grape. A perfect wine to drink on any occasion, very pleasant even as a meal, absolutely not to be underestimated!
