Winemaker Notes: The grapes were sourced from the Willamette Valley and Hood River Valley (Phelps Creek Vineyard). Most Oregon Pinot Noirs lacked length and structure and by adding grapes from a slightly warmer climate, such as Hood River, this would overcome the dilemma. Ripe berry fruit with hints of black cherry, along with minerally and earthy overtones. Quite long in length and depth.
