2020 Canonica a Cerreto Chianti Classico Tuscany

Winemaker Notes:  Dark ruby center moving towards lighter ruby and crimson shades at the rim. The nose starts with dried black cherry, red plum, dark cranberry, and faint licorice. Dusty earth with red flowers, rocky soil, and a little cedar make up the background. The wine is mouth filling but not heavy by any means, yet beautifully polished and integrated while being ready to enjoy within 20–30 minutes of air.
