Winemaker Notes:  Bishop’s Peak wines, produced by Talley Vineyards, aim to capture the diverse terroirs of San Luis Obispo County. Named after a prominent local landmark, Bishop’s Peak, these wines are crafted from grapes grown in small lots in the Arroyo Grande Valley, Edna Valley, Paso Robles, and the Nipomo area. The Talley family, who have farmed in the region since 1948, ensures high quality by combining estate-grown and locally sourced fruit.
