Winemaker Notes: Single-varietal of Tempranillo from vines of around 30 years old, planted at 600-700 meters altitude in calcareous soils, goblet-pruned, without irrigation. After a manual harvest the grape juice ferments in the traditional way in stainless steel deposits.
