Winemaker Notes: First cuvée from J.M. Labruyère, this extra-brut introduces the philosophy of the family : terroir-driven, low dosage in order to underline the natural ripeness of our grapes, 4 years of ageing on lees, « liqueur d'expedition » made from our best wines.
