Below is a list of things that you should have handy in order to successfully complete your submission. Most items can be submitted at any time. There are a few categories that we want items to be submitted at certain times. Please review the Submission Calendar for details around submission dates.

      • UPC or PLU (depending on type of item), Item # (if you have it), Brand, Product Description
    • Selling Size Specifications
      • Units per Case, Case Weight (Produce Only), Individual Packing Size, UOM
    • Cost Information
      • MSRP, Regular Wholesale Cost, Delivered Cost
    • Planogram Measurements
      • Height, Width and Depth
    • Other Information
      • Ongoing Discount% ; EDLP%
    • Certifications
      • Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten-free, etc.

Samples

Plum Market requires each vendor to submit retail ready samples and/or packaging of each item being presented. While you may still submit the application, in order to be considered you MUST send samples to Plum Market.

Vitamins / Body Care: Two (2) retail-ready samples of each new item you are presenting
