Burghound - "This too is quite ripe and while it avoids the prune character of the Pommard villages, there is a roasted quality to the plum and cassis aromas. Once again there is very good volume to the relatively finely textured flavors that exude a fine bead of minerality that come to the fore on the vibrant if slightly edgy finish. As the description suggests, this firm effort is awkward and whether it will eventually harmonize is hard to predict. (87-90pts)"
