2019 Denali Estate Cabernet Sauvignon St. Helena Napa Valley

Winemaker Notes:  Denali Estate is a 42-acre property with 14 acres of cabernet sauvignon vines. This ranch is just above Joseph Phelps winery and overlooks the Napa Valley looking west. For Walt and Katherine Schlotfeldt, Denali Estate is their labor of love, as they collaborate with winemaker Jean Hoefliger to produce premier Napa Valley wine.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon offers a ripe, bombastic style as well as lots of chocolaty dark fruits, tobacco, and spice-like aromas and flavors. It's full-bodied and certainly brings the fruit and texture. Drink it over the coming decade or so. 243 cases.
