2021 Montesecondo Chianti Classico Tuscany

Winemaker Notes:  Montesecondo is the name of the estate and the original family vineyard which is located in heavier clay soils at a lower altitude in the town of Cerbaia. The grapes were hand-harvested and mostly destemmed however 30% whole cluster fruit was added to the tank before pressing and put into concrete tanks. Fermented spontaneously. Biodynamic.
