Wine & Spirits - "Based on the 2016 vintage, this blend includes 25 percent reserve wine. It is pinot noir and meunier from Ay and Mareuil- sur-Ay, with 25 percent chardonnay from Bisseuil. The flavors are saturated with fresh heirloom apple and heady almond cream. It’s supple and savory, a wine for roast seabass over chanterelles and cream."
