Welcome to Plum Market MyRewards—The more you shop, the more you earn! Use your MyRewards account every time you shop to earn MyRewards Cash,Coupons, and Freebies on your favorite items.
The Plum Market MyRewards program structure is simple:
- Earn MyRewards Cash and Freebie Coupons for future purchases by completing a Reward Circle when you shop different departments across the store
- Enjoy Member-only storewide, department, and product coupons
- Learn about Store Promotions and Events for more ways to save
What’s New
- You no longer need to earn 500 points to receive $10 MyRewards Cash. You can now earn Rewards faster by completing Bonus Circles!
- You’ll be issued a MyRewards Cash coupon in your app based on the total number of points you have earned at the time the 500 points Circle is replaced with a Bonus Your earned MyRewards Cash will expire 15 days after issue.
What is a Rewards Circle?
Rewards Circles are a fun way to earn Rewards. There are two types of Rewards Circles, Freebie Circles and Bonus Circles. Freebie Circles feature specific items, once you purchase the number of items reflected in the circle, you earn a Freebie coupon for that item. A Bonus Circle features threshold purchases from the store or a specific department. Each time you make a qualifying purchase towards a Bonus Circle, the circle will advance to reflect that purchase. Once you’ve met the threshold and closed the Bonus Circle, you earn MyRewards Cash, Freebie, or Coupon. MyRewards Bonus Circle earnings expire 15 days after the date of issue and cannot be reissued.
MyRewards Circle Progress
Progress will reflect within 24 hours from the completion of the qualifying purchase. MyRewards Bonus Circles are valid only for MyRewards members who receivedthe bonus and cannot be shared, copied or transferred. MyRewards Circles may vary by member, MyRewards members may not receive the same MyRewards Bonus Circles and Freebies. You must be a member of MyRewards at the time you make qualifying purchases or complete qualifying actions, respectively, and at the time the MyRewards Circles Rewards are added to your MyRewards Circles account. All MyRewards Circles include an expiration date which is listed in the Details of the Circle. Plum Market reserves the right to change expiration dates.
How do I Earn MyRewards?
MyRewards are earned by making “Qualifying Purchases” to complete a Rewards Circle. Qualifying Purchases are purchases made at participating Plum Market locations (net of returns and credits) and excludes beer, wine, alcohol, catering, bottle deposits and/or returns, sales tax, gift cards, stamps, and other excluded purchases, as determined by Plum Market in its sole discretion. Not valid online, at airport locations, or at satellite operations.
Receiving & Redeeming Rewards
Rewards come in the form of MyRewards Cash, MyRewards Freebies, or MyRewards Coupons, all are found in the Coupons tab of your Plum Market App or in youraccount online. Once you find a coupon that you’d like to add, simply tap the (+) on the coupon screen and scan your account barcode or enter your phone number atcheckout.
Clipped coupons will automatically be applied to qualifying transactions. You can unclip a coupon to save for a future purchase by tapping (-) on the coupon screen. Thiswill remove it from your clipped list, and you can clip it when you are ready to use it.
MyRewards Cash, Freebies, and Coupons are a tender type and…
- Must be used in full
- Is not redeemable for cash
- Can only be used Attempting to duplicate or reuse MyRewards Cash is considered fraud and will result in forfeit of membership
- Cannot be used towards wine, beer, alcohol, prior purchases, gift cards, sales tax or bottle deposits
- MyRewards Bonus Circle earnings expires 15 days after the date of issue and cannot be reissued.
- Expires on the listed expiration date from being sent to member and will not be reissued.

What are “Qualifying Purchases”?
Qualifying Purchases are the purchases of all the items on which you can earn progress on your Rewards Circle or can use a coupon towards. Bonus Circle progress is not accumulated when you purchase beer, wine, liquor, bottle deposit, sales tax, gift cards, or event catering. Other exclusions may apply. Plum Market reserves the right todeduct any MyRewards Circle progress earned from a MyRewards Bonus or Freebie Circle from your account if you no longer qualify for the MyRewards Circles dueto the return, reversal or cancelation of qualifying purchases or are no longer deemed to have completed the qualifying action.
What kind of account do I need to join?
If you’re already a MyRewards member, sign in with your existing MyRewards account login, all of your existing points and available rewards will be waiting for you. If you are signing up as a new member, you can easily create a new account by selecting “Sign Up” in the app or at http://rewards.plummarket.com/.
Where can I redeem MyRewards Coupons?
MyRewards coupons are valid in store at Plum Market full service grocery stores. They cannot be redeemed online, at satellite locations, or at airport locations.
Why did that coupon on my list disappear without me removing it?
If you can’t find the coupon in your Rewards tab, it has probably expired. Expired coupons and those that have been redeemed are automatically removed from the coupon list.
How do I change my MyRewards login information?
You can update your account information (name, phone number, email address, dietary preferences, etc.) in the Plum Market MyRewards App or online by visiting the Profile Tab here in the online portal.
What if I forgot my username or password?
Just tap the “Forgot Password” when signing into the app or your account online to easily reset your password. If you forget your Facebook or Google username or password, you may recover them by going through their Forgot Password instructions on their platform.
How many MyRewards coupons can I redeem at one time?
You may redeem all the Rewards Coupons in your MyRewards list that qualify at the time of your transaction. The register will automatically give you the greatest discount applied. If a coupon is clipped but does not qualify for use in the transaction, it will remain clipped and valid in your account until it is used or expired.
Can I use MyRewards coupons & other coupons in the same transaction?
Yes! You may stack your MyRewards Coupons with other Plum Marketcoupons or manufacturer coupons.
How many times can I use a coupon at a Plum Market store?
Generally, you can use each coupon only once. However, coupons that can be redeemed multiple times will reappear in your coupons list. Just tap the coupon to expand its complete details to learn more.
The app won’t load while i am visiting my Plum Market store
If you’re having trouble pulling up your barcode or the app in your Plum Market store, try connecting to our in-store guest wifi. You will need to accept the “Guest WifiTerms & Conditions” in order to gain access to the wifi network. You may prompt this by attempting to visit a website in your mobile browser. Doing this should bring up the“Wifi Terms & Conditions” box that you’ll need to check, which should resolve any wifi network connectivity issues. Alternatively, you may also turn wifi off while shopping in store and use your cellular data network to successfully access the app (if you have a good wireless signal).
Where is my barcode located?
To access your barcode, tap “Scan & Pay” tab found at the bottom center of the app screen. You can show the cashier to scan at checkout or scan yourself when prompted if you are at a self checkout.

- By becoming a member, you agree to receive electronic communications from Plum Market; sent from rewards@plummarket.com.
- Plum Market is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding children, including the children’s online privacy protection act. Plum Market will not knowingly collect, maintain, or disclose any personally identifiable information from a child under thirteen without first obtaining consent from that child’s parent or legal guardian.
- Plum Market reserves the right to modify, amend, change, suspend and/or terminate the Plum Market MyRewards program and revoke or limit any or all of the rights and privileges granted to a member at any time with or without notice or liability to said member. Allmodifications to the Plum Market MyRewards program shall be posted at http://www.plummarket.com/ and shall become effective when posted. Plum Market will endeavor to provide members with seven (7) days notice before modifying, amending, suspending and/or terminating the Plum Market MyRewards program.
- A member’s continued use of his/her Plum Market MyRewards account, after a change has been posted and gone into effect, constitutes acceptance of the change to the Plum Market MyRewards program.
- Plum market reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate a member’s membership in the Plum Market MyRewards program for any reason, with or without notice.
- A member may cancel his/her membership at any time by opting out of email communications from rewards@plummarket.com.
MyRewards Program Terms of Service
Plum Market, its affiliates and suppliers make no representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Plum Market MyRewards Account or each member’s account, including, but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement or any warranty arising by usage of trade, course of dealing or course of performance. In the event that Plum Market, its affiliates and suppliers are found liable to you, you shall only be entitled to recover actual and direct damages. Plum market, its affiliates, and suppliers shall have no liability for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages (including without limitation loss of profit, revenue and use) arising out of or in any way connected with Plum Market MyRewards program, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive or imputed), product liability, strict liability or other theory, even if we or our authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Plum Market, its affiliates, and suppliers have any liability for unauthorized access to, oralteration, theft or destruction of Plum Market MyRewards account through accident, misuse, or fraudulent means or devices by you or any third party, or as a result of any delay, mistakeresulting from any circumstances beyond Plum Market’s control. Any liability Plum Market may have to a member shall be limited to $100.00 (Us dollars). The laws of certain states orother jurisdiction do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, orlimitations may not apply to you, and you may have rights in addition to those contained in these Terms and Conditions. In such jurisdiction, Plum Market’s liability is limited to the greatestextent permitted by law.
